From the smoker and wood, to the rub, and Certified Angus Beef Brisket used, it takes a lot of time, patience, and creativity to make a great barbecue. Over our past five years in Virginia-Highland, we’ve refined our hickory-smoked barbecue to be tender, moist, and flavorful—everything a good Southern barbecue should be.
Although we carry classic BBQ favorites like smoked St. Louis Ribs, Brisket, and Pulled Pork, we also make the best House-cured Pastrami. It takes over two weeks to make this meat candy. It is worth it.
